Terms and conditions
PAYMENT:
A down payment (holding deposit) of 25% of the full amount is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If arrival is in less than 30 days, full payment is due at the time of booking.
For stays of 7 days or more a €150 damage/security deposit is also required upon arrival (cash, card payment or bank transfer). The deposit will be returned on check-out or within 7 days of departure (depending of the payment method) provided there is no damage to the premises.
Confirmation of the reservation and of the payment will be emailed upon receipt of the reservation advanced payment.

CANCELLATION:
A full refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations that take place less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the down payment (holding deposit)
Our policy
This is a Non-Smoking property. Smoking only allowed in a designated areas.

Pets are not allowed

All bed linen and towels are included.

Please ensure that the house is left in the same state it was on your arrival.
The owner reserves the right to inspect the property on the departure day to check for any damages caused by the guests.
